Return policy

By using Toolsdeutsche’s return and refund services, you agree to the following terms. These terms provide clarity regarding our return and exchange for customers in the United States.

30-day return policy

Toolsdeutsche offers a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. To qualify, initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be unused and new.
  • Include the original tags.
  • To be returned in the original packaging.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, damage or missing parts that are not due to our error cannot be returned.

Furthermore, returns made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Returned items will not be accepted without first requesting them.

How can customers return your products?

Customers who wish to return their products may send them by post. Returns cannot be made in stores or kiosks.

Damages and problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

There is no restocking fee.

How much do customers have to pay for return shipping?

For defective products, we will cover these costs for you. However, if you are returning for other reasons, such as a withdrawal, you will have to pay the actual return costs.
